Our padsicle gel is made from all natural ingredients. Making your own padsicles is an easy and useful treatment for your postpartum care. Our Witch Hazel and Aloe Vera blend provides instant relief, promotes healing and reduces swelling. Also, you know how aloe vera feels on sunburn, so you can imagine how relieving it will feel down there.
Have you heard of making your own frozen padsicles? Well, this is that, but easier because we have made the mix for you and popped it in an easy, squeezy bottle. Includes our special healing ingredient, HyperCal, that our healing spray is made from!
Benefits:
If you have to wear a pad anyway… May as well make it soothing! With a Witch Hazel and Aloe Vera blend Padsicle Gel provides cooling, instant relief, promotes rapid healing of sensitive skin tissues and is anti-inflammatory reducing swelling.
Directions:
Squeeze a dollop of gel onto a new pad and smear it around. Fold the pad in half. Repeat on more pads, this gel makes up to about 20 pads. Place the pads inside an airtight container or ziplock bag to keep clean and avoid that weird freezer smell (preferably something recyclable). When you are ready to use, allow the pad to thaw a little at room temp before using it on your bare skin.
Tip:
If you don’t have time to freeze your pads, keep the gel in the fridge to keep cool, and spread on your pad to use instantly.
If you don’t use it all, this stuff is super soothing for sunburns too!

At Whisper & Wild we are doing our best to protect the environment with a few sustainability initiatives.
When making an online order your package will arrive in a 100% home compostable courier bag. All orders are wrapped in acid free tissue wrap, paper stickers & paper packaging tape. Also in store and at every other customer touchpoint we are also making changes to reduce our carbon footprint, every little bit makes a difference!
We will reuse any packaging and supplies where possible.
Working days are Tuesday - Friday. All orders placed outside of working hours will be picked, packed and on the courier the next working day.
Domestic Shipping
'Free Shipping' on all NZ orders over $100. To qualify for free shipping, you must spend $100 or more.
Orders under $100 are charged at a flat rate of NZ $8.00. If you live in an Rural Area, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10.00. Please ensure you select the correct shipping methods.
For New Zealand, please allow 2-5 working days for delivery on stocked items.

Any sales or busy store periods may have an extended wait time. This will be advertised along with any sale promotions.
Bulk Items
Due to the nature of some products, we stock having larger size and shape they will automatically be charged bulk freight at $14.00. This will void the free shipping charge as we need to charge appropriately for the items to be sent.
Australia and Rest of the World Shipping.
For orders outside of New Zealand, we have set a flat rate of $40nzd, this excludes larger bulky items. We will arrange a quote if needed.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@whisperandwild.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we will email instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items are to be returned at consumer expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items will be returned at expense of the purchaser and another item will be sent on our expense.
In terms of this not being applicable a refund will be made in the form of store credit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on pre-sale, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to process a size exchange once the item has been received by us and accepted, we can send out your replacement.
Any further exchanges there after will be at the customer expense.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically fulfilled a Whisper & Wild store credit to the exact spend amount.
