   • Some items may be available for pre-order and will be clearly marked as such.

   • Stock is limited, and some items may sell out during the sale period.

   • Some larger items in store are shipped from our supplier on purchase. 

   • In the event an item is unavailable or on extended backorder, we will contact you directly to provide an updated delivery timeframe or discuss alternative options.

3. Exclusions

   • No other discounts, promotions, or voucher codes may be used in conjunction with sale pricing.

   • Gift cards, shipping charges, and services are excluded from discounts unless specifically stated.

4. Pricing & Changes

   • Sale prices are as marked and apply only during the promotional period.

   • Whisper & Wild reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer without prior notice.

5. Delivery

   • Extended delivery timeframes apply. For pre-order items, delivery times may vary depending on supplier stock availability.

   • Multiple-item orders will be shipped together once the preordered item is available.

6. Returns & Exchanges

   • Returns on sale items are accepted in accordance with our standard Returns Policy.

   • Custom or special-order products, including pre-order items, may be excluded from change-of-mind returns.
