Shipping

At Whisper & Wild we are doing our best to protect the environment with a few sustainability initiatives. 

When making an online order your package will arrive in a 100% home compostable courier bag. Please remove the shipping label before composting. All orders are wrapped in acid free tissue wrap, paper stickers. Also in store and at every other customer touchpoint we are also making changes to reduce our carbon footprint, every little bit makes a difference!

We will reuse any packaging and supplies where possible.

Working days are Tuesday - Friday. All orders placed outside of working hours will be picked, packed and on the courier the next working day.

Domestic Shipping 

'Free Shipping' on all NZ orders over $99. To qualify for free shipping, you must spend $99 or more.

Orders under $99 are charged at a flat rate of NZ $8.00. If you live in a Rural Area, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10.00. Please ensure you select the correct shipping methods.

For New Zealand, please allow

2-3 working days for standard delivery on stocked items.

2-5 Rural Delivery

Any sales or busy store periods may have an extended wait time. This will be advertised along with any sale promotions.

Bulk Items

Due to the nature of some products, we stock having larger size and shape they will automatically be charged bulk freight at $14.00. This will void the free shipping charge as we need to charge appropriately for the items to be sent. 

Australia and Rest of the World Shipping.

We are currently not shipping outside of NZ
